It's actually really easy to get on and off, which I didn't expect. It just makes things a bit easier overall, and adds to the overall comfort.

Absolutely love this jacket! The floral print is even prettier in person, and it feels so soft and lightweight. It’s perfect for layering on cooler days and I always get compliments when I wear it.

Arrived faster than expected and looked even better in person. Absolutely love it.

Nothing else like it. The fabric, the fit - it all feels intentional. So sad they're closing.

— Barbara J.

I absolutely love this cardigan. It’s incredibly soft and cozy, yet still feels light and comfortable. The pattern is even more beautiful in person. It’s quickly become my favorite for chilly mornings.

— Diane C.

For twenty-two years, I taught economics to teenagers. I loved my years in the classroom, but quietly, I carried another dream with me — one I kept telling myself I’d pursue “someday.”

I had always loved clothing. Not trends or dressing to impress, but those special pieces that make a woman look in the mirror and simply feel like herself again.

Nine years ago, my husband Tom looked at me across the kitchen table and said, “Maybe someday is now.”

So I took the leap, left the classroom behind, and began a new chapter with Marys Calgary.

What started as a small dream became more meaningful than I ever imagined.

Now I’m sixty-three, and after nine wonderful years, it’s time for me to retire.

Not because something went wrong.

Because something went beautifully right — and I’m wise enough to know when it’s time to let go.

As I prepare to close this chapter, everything in my boutique is now 50% off. Not because these pieces mean any less to me, but because I’d rather see them find a place in your wardrobe than remain on my racks.

Every piece I chose was chosen for women like us — real women who want to feel comfortable, confident and beautifully themselves.

Thank you for letting my little dream become part of your story too.

With love,
Mary Carter ❤️
